The steps for use are as follows:
First, fix the central column to the pre-embedded part and secure it with a hex wrench (omit this step if there is no central column). Then, place the flood control baffles in parallel according to the water level line (the bottom piece is the one at the bottom). Install the top clamping piece and tighten the hex screws on the top and sides of the column in sequence with a hex wrench until they are too heavy for an adult to tighten by hand. When tightening the column screws, tighten the top screws first and then the sides, ensuring that the screws are tightened in parallel sequence.
